GrowthPoint Properties often does maintenance, refurbishment and/or alterations to their various
facilities in the Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni Metros.
The extent of the works usually includes one of the following:
- Repair and rehabilitation of deteriorated structural infrastructure;
- Refurbishment and alterations of existing facilities;
- Structural improvement of existing structures in line with functional changes in the
- Infrastructure; and
- Certification of existing facilities to meet local authority requirements.
Since the beginning of 2019 Boiphihlelo Engineering Services has partnered with MD Engineering in
providing structural engineering consultation services to RoMH Consulting for the above mentioned
tasks.
