Configuration Management
We have an in- house configuration management system that addresses all aspects of configuration activities, which include ensuring that all engineering information is correctly captured, identified, clearly defined, ensuring that functional and physical characteristics are documented. The configuration management team is also responsible for facilitating engineering changes as per engineering change procedure. Our team also ensures that plant coding is in accordance with coding standards and verified via functional and physical audits.
Fluids Transfer and Pumping Systems Design
Design of fluid transfer systems according to Project Design Criteria, Scope Of Work, Process Flow Diagram including Mass Balance, Piping and Instrument Diagram and Project Schedule.
- Application of appropriate line class and use of the project piping specification to select pipe material, valve fittings, pipe flanges etc.
- Pump Selection.
- Design of pipe supports and racks.
- Insulation of pipes.
